Growing up surrounded by the vibrant fishing culture of the Caribbean, we recognized the value of fresh, sustainably harvested fish and the importance of preserving it the right way.
What started as a small-scale home operation quickly grew into a mission—to provide authentic, handcrafted salted fish that carries the true taste of the islands. We take pride in every step of our process, from sourcing the finest tuna, ocean gar, and mahi mahi to carefully drying and packaging each product for freshness and convenience.
